At Bows Boutiques, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached, and include your completed returns form inside the package.

  Generate a Label

  Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred courier and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or local post office, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
